Who We Are
Absolute Contracting is a local Kansas City-based contracting and plumbing company that specializes in renovation, rehabilitation, plumbing, and handy-man services. We built our company on the “old school” principles of honesty and integrity, and are proud to be able to offer our customers peace of mind, quality work, and value.
One of our biggest points of pride is our commitment to supporting the Kansas City community and economy. We are an entirely locally owned and operated contracting and construction company. We try to source materials from local suppliers when possible, and we make deliberate staffing choices to hire people who are also proudly anchored to our city and community as well. We try to help keep the economic prosperity generated through our business within the Kansas City community.
Every project we do, no matter how large or small, receives the personal attention of owner and general manager, Loren Nichols. We take time to get to really know our clients. We don’t do cookie cutter solutions. Because we choose to invest in getting to know our client’s project goals, budget requirements, and project, we can ensure that every solution we design and recommend is unique, and correct for each of our client’s needs.

I started Absolute Contracting, LLC, in 2015 to proudly serve the Kansas City Community. My intention was to build a contracting and plumbing business on the cornerstones of honesty, integrity, quality workmanship, and attention to the details that matter most to my customers, and I can proudly say today that I think I have succeeded in doing just that.
I am a proud lifelong Kansas City native, and I feel strongly about this community. It is my intention that my company and my employees, help strengthen the Kansas City community, contribute positively to making this city a better place, and to help provide my children with the benefit of growing up in a better version of the same midwestern community I had supporting me in my youth.
